The aesthetic and visual language need to be bold and innovative. The look should reflect Branding MENA’s mission to bridge the gap between products and brands. Our look will reflect a feeling of growth, innovation and inspiration.

MDF Italia 2019 created a series of products presenting different cities. Special attention on the use of a variable typography according to the content of the pages, offering a focus on the product while keeping the minimalist and modern spirit of the brand.
KUMALA Reserve is a range of South African wine brand under Accolade Wine Company. the brand has been trying to link it products with its country of origin, but its current elements have failed to illustrate it. The purpose of introducing new design is to alleviate the contradiction between the projected and perceived brand image, and to truly link to its South African heritage by highlighting the originality and associating the brand with ancient South African art.

Anna Buendia is a emerging jewellery brand. These are two visual works I designed for their 2018 collection.
I was commissioned by Gihon Books to design book covers for them. The first one is Oil for the Journey, a daily devotions written by Ruth Dickson- the founder of Gihon Books.
Another book cover is for Ruth’s client. Comfort of the Apostle is a book written by a woman who is now deceased. The story is written in first person and talks about her struggles to bring up four children on her own. She made mistakes in life, married three times and her last husband died, leaving her in sadness and Poverty, with a huge responsibility. Her story ended in success and all her children turned out well.

Seven-Week Study is a series of booklets in 6 different languages - English, Filipino, Mandarin, German, Russian and Dutch. I created the intricate floral seven to echo its content - this booklets has 7 chapters representing each week.

JH ZANE, a leading fashion brand based in London. when I was doing the internship there, I made this series of dynamic graphics for their social media contents.

Daily Vegan Reminder is my side project, an ongoing series of hand lettering and illustration aims to advocate veganism and kindness.
Develop a unique logo as a basis for the brand development process, and to serve as an identity for the company. The logo should also reflect the business style and values of owner Andy and his contractors.
From the start of the project I decided to use associations with effect of light and shadow coming through the window shades. The secondary logo is a monogram of the combination G + L + window, which added sense of architectural and fashionable touch on the brand.
My Master project was designed in a statistical and logic way to illustrate the emotions behind Chinese traditional poems. I was very interested in Chinese traditional poems but they are not popular among our generation and they are extremely hard to understand even Chinese people. I looked up about the psychology of colors and created a color wheel as a system of emotion illustrating.

I have been so inspired by the Russian constructivism art trend when I was younger, so I decided to create a series alphabet in the style of constructivism in order to practice my artistic design skills.
It is an ongoing project, and will be updated weekly.
When I was an undergraduate student in Dalian. I conducted an investigation into architecture in Dalian through photography. This was presented in a hand crafted book. The imagery was displayed using angles and collage. Through having a continuous dividing line that linked across turning the pages I started to push the medium of book design.
